What we do

The Quick Intro to WorldWideStudy

Stage 1

WorldWideStudy attends education fairs and visits high schools all over the world, speaking to thousands of students each year.

Stage 2

Every student that we speak to completes a personal profile, detailing their educational requirements on our electronic form

Stage 3

Each profile is immediately emailed back to our headquarters in the UK and fed into our database search system which analyses that profile and matches it to only those educational institutions that fit the student’s requirements

Stage 4

The unique WorldWideStudy system, having made the match, then feeds the profile through to the selected places within four hours of them being completed by the student

Why it Works for You

In today’s world, recruitment of international students is as important to places of study as the building and maintaining of domestic student levels. Consistently focused and committed to their studies, international students add a welcome depth to the cultural diversity to their place of study as well as their local community. Here at WorldWideStudy it is our objective to put these young people, your potential students, in touch with the universities, colleges and other places of study that match their requirements. We do this by travelling to an ever-growing list of countries around the world. Whether we are visiting a secondary school in India as part of our extensive high school network, or a further education fair in Venezuela, our advisors are meeting with hundreds of people looking to study abroad in the near future.

Our unique WorldWideStudy system automatically filters our student profiles, selecting only those enquiries which are relevant to your institution’s requirements, before sending them on to you by email. You will receive this well-matched enquiry within four hours of our speaking with the prospective student and completing the profile, wherever we are in the world. You stipulate the criteria that the student profile should match, you choose how many you want a month, you pay per enquiry and you can watch them pop into your inbox!

Why gamble on expensive advertising when you can’t see exactly what it is generating in terms of student enquiries? Why inundate yourself with hundreds of generic, web-generated enquiries? Why spend thousands on recruitment trips when we are already there, filtering the very best and most relevant students to you? Why pay an agent a large percentage of the student’s tuition fees when we don’t ask for anything extra when you recruit a student from one of our leads? With WorldWideStudy you can specify the type of students that you would like to be introduced to, giving you the best chance of recruitment if, for example, you want enquiries from South American students, with a TOEFL score of x amount, who are fully funded and who want to start this Fall, then that’s exactly the type of student we will send you.
